A DIY label. An EP entitled 'Toytown Living' by Newcastle / Washington Punk band The MPs was Acid Nose Product's sole release; in addition to the title track it offered 'Death Makes Money', 'Betray' and 'Hotline (To Your Heart)'. There's some doubt about the year in which it was released: Discogs gives 1980; the 45cat site quotes vocalist Brian Roberts, who sang on the record, as giving 1979; while on the Bored Teenagers site the man he replaced, Mark Read, says 1978. Additional scans and an account of the band can be found at the latter site. As can be seen from the picture, which Sam Mauger has kindly supplied, the labels were white blanks with basic details hand-stamped on them in red.
