A bit of a
mystery.  Black Rose has the look of a typical DIY label.  It appears
to have issued just the one EP, containing four tracks by the band which gave
the label its name.  The tracks concerned were 'Let's See You Do It',
'Let's Talk It Over', 'Sue', and 'I Don't Mind'.  There's no date on
the EP's labels, as can be seen on the picture which Nicholas Hough has kindly
provided, but the few references to the record on the net give 1978 as thy year
in which it came out; the 'rateyourmusic' site, which agrees with that
dating, has the record listed under DIY / DIY Punk'.  The
catalogue number was BR-1, and the roughness of the inner part of the label
suggests an Orlake pressing.  A NWOBHM band called Black Rose made some
records in the '80s, but that seems to have been a different outfit - a
comprehensive online discography of that band didn't include this EP, and the
personnel didn't include the composer of these tracks.
