A Reggae label, from the Pama stable. Camel came into existence in 1969 and issued in excess of one hundred singles, in a CA-00 series (starting at CA-10), before disappearing, which it did in 1973. It reappeared briefly in 1975 and put eight more singles in a CA-2000 series; it also reissued some of the CA-00 material. Labels from this latter period were coloured yellow (2) or white (3); earlier Camels had been blue-and-white (1). Just for a change the discography includes releases from the 1960s as well as the '70s. Thanks to Robert Bowes for the third scan.
