A one-off DIY label. Chart's sole release was a single by Manchester band The Katchies, ' Shambles' b/w 'To Be A Magician', which came out in October 1979. Its catalogue number, PSS-162, was one of a series used by the Pennine (q.v.) recording studio of Oldham. Reportedly it was intended to have been released by Rhesus (q.v.) records, as GO APE-4, but the release was cancelled.
