A DIY label. Clever issued just one single, 'She's Too Clever For Me', by Power Pop band TPI (TPI 1ST-1; 1979). 'TPI' or 'T.P.I.' stood for 'Thick Pink Ink' apparently. The band was from Edinburgh, and this was their only venture onto vinyl. Manufacture was by SRT, as the matrix number SRTS/79/CUS-489 indicates.
