A DIY label, by the look of it. The only record on Cotswold Records which I have ever seen, either in the vinyl or in works of reference, is the one shown above, 'The Cotswold Song', by the Cotswold Male Voice Choir. As the credits state, it came out in 1979, had a catalogue number of COT-001, and was manufactured by Avada Records (q.v.). Both the choir and the record label were based in Cheltenham.
