One of many ephemeral DIY Punk labels from the golden age of such things, 1978. This particular Criminal issued only one record, China Street's 'You're A Ruin' (CRM-1). China Street, who were from Lancaster, went on to make a second single, for EMI, at which point Criminal must have become redundant. Thanks to Robert Bowes for the scan.
