Apparently a one-off label. The only Family single to which I have found a reference is the one shown above, 'Dreamseller', by LFB (FAM-1), which was released in 1978. It was listed on a Punk / New Wave site. LFB stood for 'Laissez Faire Band'. Thanks to Robert Bowes for the scan.
