FAT
MAN
A Reggae label, owned by Ken 'Fat Man'
Gordon. Catalogue numbers suggest that Fat Man issued at least four
singles in 1974-75, but if the first two came out I have yet to trace
them. Numbering was in an FM-0 / FM-000 series. FM-3,
which came out in 1974, was Errol Dunkley's 'Letter To Myself'; while FM-004,
which emerged in the following year, was 'Let Him Try' by John Brown.
The label seems to have been revived in the late 1990s/ early 2000s.
Thanks to Robert Bowes for the scan, and to Mark Griffiths for the ownership
information.
