FOLK

Northern Irish.  Folk seems to have been a small independent concern; to judge by the titles of its records, it would appear to have had distinct Republican sympathies.  The discography below shows the Folk singles that I have managed to trace.  Some copies of the second single shown above, Wolfhound's 'Provie Birdie' (FS-202; 1973), have no catalogue number on the label.  As can be seen, the colour and layout of the label evolved over time.  The few examples that I have seen in the vinyl have been Orlake pressings.  Catalogue numbers appear to have been mainly in an FS-200 series, but there was at least one exception.  Thanks to Graham7 of the 45cat site for the first scan.
