FOLK HERITAGE

As the name suggests, Folk Heritage was dedicated to Folk music.  It was run by Alan Green and it issued records from c.1970 into the mid '80s.  Most of its releases were albums - some of which command large prices nowadays - but it managed at least two 7" EPs, 'Folk Train', by Mike Donald, Ian Clark & Christopher Rowe (FHR-014; 1970) and 'This World Goes Round And Round' by Gwen and Gordon (FHR-011; 1970).  There was also at least one single, 'This Moment' by Saraband (FHR-051; 1973), which had a different label colour (black on yellow) and layout - the artist's name ran vertically up the left-hand side and the catalogue number was on the right.  Albums and EPs shared the same FHR-000 series, which reached FHR-128 in 1985. Thanks to Steve Hill for bringing the Saraband single to my attention.
