A Birmingham-based concern. I have only ever seen one record on Free Music listed, Birmingham Free Music's, 'Please Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood' (CS-143; 1975). Apparently the 'A' side of the single features Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne on backing vocals. According to the Black Sabbath Fan Club site only one hundred were pressed, and most of them were destroyed in a fire; the few that escaped now command three-figure sums when they come up for sale. As the label indicates, pressing was by C. H. Rumble. Thanks to Sam Mauger for the scan.
