FYNEDISC

A slight oddity.  Fynedisc's speciality was in recordings of church bells.  It issued at least two records in or around 1971: they were a couple of 33 1/3 rpm EPs, both of which featured the bells of Inverary church.  Numbering was in a 33 FD-0 series; 33 FD-1 featured the Yorkshire Association of Change Ringers and was called 'Bells Of Inverary', while 33 FD-2, shown above, was 'Melodies On Inverary Bells'.  Both came with coloured picture sleeves.  The second EP was originally released by the Saydisc (q.v.) company in 1970, as a scratched-out matrix munber of 33 SD-214 in the run-off testifies.
