GARAGE
Garage was one of the hundreds of DIY labels spawned by the Punk era; a
fact which its motto, 'Here Today, Gone Tomorrow', cheerfully
acknowledges. It issued at least one single, 'Abusing The Rules', by
Schoolgirl Bitch (AERS-102; 1978), which the band financed
themselves. Garage records were manufactured by Aerco, of Woking, and
shared that company's AERS-100 catalogue series. Thanks to Simon
Hughes for the scan. Another illustration, and an article, can be
found on the Bored Teenagers
site.
