A Reggae label, apparently a one-off. The only single on the Grejam label that I know of is the one shown above, 'Prophecy' by the Psalms (GJ-001), and I wouldn't know about that one if Robert Bowes hadn't been kind enough to tell me about it and send me the scan. Mark Griffiths dates it at 1977 and says that the label was owned by members of the band.
