A Reggae label owned by Bob Drumbago, who also owned Brixton Sound (q.v.). 'Aching Heart' b/w 'Sugar Lips' by The Karibs (KA-1) appears to have been the sole release on Karibs. It was pressed by Lyntone. The matrix number, LYN-2960, indicates that the single was issued in 1974. Thanks to Robert Bowes for the scan and for bringing the label to my attention.
