Apparently a one-off label, from Jersey. A single by Country artist Johnny Mason accompanied by The Tennessee Three, 'An Orphan's Prayer' b/w 'Girls, Girls, Girls', was released in 1976, presumably as a fund-raiser for the home. The catalogue number was JM-3, and at a guess the prefix was taken from Johnny Mason's initials. He made several other records, including a 7"EP which can be found on the 'Jersey' page of this site.
