Not a label as such, but an outlet for material recorded at Livingston Sudios of London and presumably manufactured through them as a custom recording service. Livingston's products are identifiable only by their catalogue prefix, which was LIV/SP for 7" records and LIV/LP for 12" ones; 'A' and 'B' sides had their own discrete number. Some appeared on proper labels run by other companies - see 'CMS / Church Missionary Society' - while others, such as the example shown above, had no label identity at all. The studios started out in 1963; they were owned by Fred Livingston-Hogg and run by Ray Kinsey. Kinsey's son Nic came on board in 1966 and, as engineer, helped to establish the studio by means of a series of Folk albums in company with producer Bill Leader. In 1978 he bought the studios, in partnership with Mike Smee and Alan Tompkins.
The earliest Livingston record that googling currently reveals is an eponymous album by Gwyneth Griffiths, which was numbered LIV/LP-61 / 62 and is tentatively dated as 1968. The catalogue numbers suggest that there were other releases previous to that one, but when the first one was made and what the numbers started at remain to be determined. The numbers reached at least LIV/SP-141/142, 'Faith Moves Mountains' by The Glorylanders, which came out on the CMS label in 1973. Pressing of the examples I've seen in the vinyl has been by Orlake. The few Livingston records that I've managed to trace are listed below.
