Something of a mystery. Manhattan was responsible for at least one record, a single by Rio, 'Turning For The Better' b/w 'Dagger To My Heart'. The single came out in 1979; Sam Mauger, who was kind enough to draw Manhattan to my attention and to supply the scan, says that it arrived at the radio station where he was working in or around June of that year, possibly in a batch of records from CBS. The single, which is in a Dance / Funk vein, had a catalogue number of PAC-501 and was pressed by Orlake. Sadly there doesn't seem to have been a PAC-502.
