A DIY label from Cheltenham. N.A.R.C. survived for long enough to issue two EPs, 'Hardare' (NARC-001; 1979), and 'Rubberface' (NARC-002; 7/79), both of which were be Alternative Punk band Hardware. Thanks to Steve Hill for the first scan, and to Sam Mauger for the second.
