One Off appears to have lived up to its name, with a single by Folk singer Patrick Small being its only release. Tracks on the record were 'A Man Of Bristol' - which presumably gives us a clue as to where the label was from - and 'Sand In My Shoes'. It had a catalogue number of OOR-1, and it came out in or around 1975. Thanks to Klepsie of the 45cat site for bringing One Off to my attention, and to Jon Downing for supplying the scan.
