PACIFIC (1975)

The first of three Pacific labels from the 1970s.  This Pacific was Scottish, and it appears to have been a DIY affair or possibly a small independent company.  A four-track EP by Dave McClure featuring 'The Alamo', 'Did She Mention My Name', 'Mary Of Skye' and Vancouver' seems to have been its only release.  The EP dates from 1975, and while the catalogue number, 25124, doesn't ring any bells with me the look of the label suggests a product of Craighall Studios, which did a good bit of custom recording - see also 'T.D.', 'Road' and 'Mayfair (1977)' amongst others.  Thanks to Jimboo of the 45cat site for permission to use his scan here, and to Stephen Small for alerting me to the EP's existence.
