A DIY label, but one with an intriguingly ambitious design. Marc Gavin's 'The Best Thing' b/w 'Summer Love' ( SRT CUS-77083) seems to have been Pan Piper Music's sole release. As the catalogue number indicates, it was made through custom recording concern SRT, and it came out in 1977. The label has the 'smooth outer ring, rough inner' appearance of an Orlake pressing.
