A Reggae label, owned by Roy Francis. Phase One issued at least one 7" single in Britain, in 1977: the Chantells' 'Waiting In The Park'. Its catalogue number was SUS-1001. The company appears to have been far more prolific in Jamaica. Thanks to Sam Mauger for the scan.
