PTO

Another mysterious one.  Robert Bowes kindly sent along a scan of the Ian G. Harling single 'Heavy Breathing' b/w 'Black & White' (PT-109 / PT-209; 1979), and that's the only single that I've ever seen on the label.  The 'A' and 'B' sides had different numbers, separated by 100.  It was pressed by Ellie Jay, as the matrix number - EJSP-9410 - indicates, but was recorded in the Isle of Man.  The catalogue number suggests that there should be at least eight other PTO records out there, though they've turned out to be Google-proof; were they all from the Isle of Man as well?  The Ian G. Harling record is a 2-Tone / Ska kind of thing.
