Seemingly a one-off, and presumably a DIY effort. The only Alen record that I have managed to trace is a single by the Allan Neale Big Band, 'Strike Up The Band' b/w 'Countdown'. It had a catalogue number of CIA-1, and was issued in 1976. The band was from the Dovercourt area, and it featured clarinettist Clive Neale. Arranger Jack Lancaster and producer Robin Lumley worked in the Jazz-Rock-Prog field and made a couple of albums as a duo for RSO, 'The Rock Peter And The Wolf' (2479-167; 1976) featuring Phil Collins, Gary Moore and a host of other well-known names, and 'Marscape' (2394-170).
