By the look of it, a DIY label. Amazing seems to have issued just the one record, a thirty-three-and-a-third rpm EP by Allan Mayes featuring 'It Never Rains In Southern California' and three other tracks (CSLP-147/148). The numerical series belonged to custom recording specialists Cathedral Studios of Lancaster (q.v.), which did the recording. There's no date on the EP, but the previous record in the Cathrdral series is reported to be from 1977; so it seems like a good bet that this one was too.
