BRIDGE HOUSE
A prominent London music venue, the Bridge House pub claims the
distinction of being the first pub in the world to have its own record
label. Bridge House Records was run by Terence Murphy; it issued
fifteen singles in a BHS-0 series during 1979-82, together with an EP numbered
BHEP-1. A few more singles appeared sporadically. The label has
recently been revived. The discography below only covers the '70s and
early '80s. Thanks to Nicholas Hough for the
scan.
