DENDEL

A DIY label.  A single called 'Laughing At You' b/w 'Innocent' by Preston-based Rock band Dennis Delight - the 'Dennis Delight Band' according to the label - seems to have been Dendel's only vinyl release.  It had a catalogue number of DD-437002 and was pressed by Orlake.  There is no date on the record, but Robert Bowes - who was kind enough to bring the label to my attention and send the scan - reckons it is from 1979; as the band was active in the '70s and '80s that sounds reasonable.  DD-43701 was a cassette, 'Runaway', by the same band, this time just as Dennis Delight.  Discogs gives the tape as being from 1983 and the single from 1979, but it seems more logical to suppose that DD-43701 preceded DD-43702 and that therefore both are either from the '70s or the '80s.  Any definite dating would be welcome.
