FETISH
An independent label. Most of Fetish's product
was released in the early '80s, but two of its singles appeared in 1979 and thus
qualified it for inclusion on this site. The singles in question were
Lok's, 'Funhouse' (FET-1), and WKGB's, 'Non Stop' (FET-002). If the
output of the company's two most recognizable artists, Throbbing Gristle and
Clock DVA, is anything to go by, it may have had Industrial / Minimalist
leanings. The label seems to have ceased operations in 1982, after
twenty singles and nine albums. Thanks to Robert Bowes for the scan.
