The record label of the John Lyon school, an independent educational establishment in Harrow-on-the-Hill. John Lyon seems to have been responsible for just the one release, a six-track EP by the school's Motet Choir under the direction of Roger Williams. The EP came out in 1970 and had a catalogue number of JL-1. In addition to the titles shown on the scan - which appears here by courtesy of Redpunk of the 45cat site - it offered 'The King Of Love', a 'Carol Medley' and 'This Old Man'. The matrix number, 73TEB-9, indicates that the EP was made through EMI's custom pressing depatment. Thanks to Sam Mauger for bringing John Lyon to my attention.
