QUIET
This particular Quiet label - there
were others in the '80s - issued just two singles, in 1978-79, neither of which
appears to have made any great impact. First out of the blocks was
'Angel Street' b/w 'The Tourist' by Double Life (SCH-1; 7/78); second and last
was 'Give Me Your Hand' b/w 'First Taste Of Love' by Oliver St. John (SCH-2; 6/79).
Virgin was responsible for marketing them, and manufacture and distribution
were by CBS, which handled Virgin's own releases at that time.
