REVERCE
A one-off DIY
label. Reverce's only release was a single by Nottingham band Slender
Loris, 'I'm Only Heavy When You Put Me Down' (DH-701; 1976), which might be
described as funky Pub Rock; the 'B' side, 'A Week Of A Day' is
bluesier. The band went on to issue a 12" single on Bad Boy records
in the early '80s, which featured 'Looking For A Dream' and three other
tracks. The narrow dinking-perforations and the style of the matrix
number suggest an EMI custom pressing.
