A Reggae label, an offshoot of Terry Nelson's Halagala Records (q.v.). Rude Boy released five singles in the UK, but only 'The Gems Of Christies' b/w 'Cut Price Me-ow' by the Count Hala Scene (RBH-006; 1970) was from our decade; the others were from 1969. Numbering was in an RBH-000 series, and distribution was by Halagala. A couple of the singles were released in Barbados with different 'B' sides. To judge from a quick glance at Rude Boy's discography its product appears to have lived up to its name. Illustrations and a listing can be found on the 45cat site.
