A small Scottish independent label, run by Farquhar Matheson and Jack Delaney and operating out of premises in Ailsa Drive, Glasgow. ScotSpin put out just four records - two EPs and two LPS - between 1971 and 1976. It numbered them in an SS-500 series. At least two of them were made through custom pressing plant Deroy and had additional numbers taken from Deroy's own series; the album by Bob Potter & The Glenesk Band had a Deroy label rather than a Scotspin one.
