SCRATCH

Another of those sad cases where I can do little apart from note that a label existed.  An EP featuring 'Vampire For Your Love' and three other tracks by a band from Stoke-on-Trent named Starship appears to have been Scratch's only release.  It had a catalogue number of SCH-01, and it came out in 1977.  The matrix number of the EP, FR-2219, suggests that the record was made through custom recording concern Fanfare Records (q.v.) of London.  It should be noted that the scan above has been heavily doctored, though the label's appearance has been preserved.
