SESAME SONGS

A DIY label from 1979.  Sesame Songs appears to have issued just the one record, an EP enitiled 'Move', which was made by Jim Welton, under his alias of L. Voag.  The EP featured 'Beauty Spreads' and three other tracks, had a catalogue number of MOVE-1, and came in a hand-painted sleeve.  As can be seen, the labels were hand-stamped.  Welton, who played bass with Post Punk band The Homosexuals, went on to found the 'It's War Boys' label (q.v.).  Thanks to Robert Bowes for bringing the label to my attention and to Nicholas Hough for supplying the scan.
