I don't know if 'Sham 69' qualifies as a label exactly, but the band put out a one-sided single, 'Song Of The Streets' as a DIY freebie / mail order effort in November 1977; I have had to call the label something, and it seemed appropriate to name it after the band, so... Apparently the actual song on the single was 'What Have We Got'. It had no catalogue number. Thanks to Sam Mauger for the scan, and for bringing the single to my attention.
