Apparently another DIY label, or a small independent. Sound On Sound had its headquarters at 146 Marle Road, Penge. Its only release seems to have been a single, 'Skateboarding In The U.K.', by Power Pop band The Rivals (SOS-100; 1978). Thanks to Simon Hughes for the scan.
