A Reggae label. Spencer International was owned by Reggae singer Bill Spencer, who recorded for other labels such as Lightning and Tempus in the late '70s. There were at least two singles on Spencer International, 'Cool Rockers' by the Jah Lites (SPEN-1; 1978) and I Repo's 'Come And Join Me' (SPEN-2; 1978). Thanks to Robert Bowes for the scan.
