STAG (4)

The last Stag in our herd was the record division of New Chapter Press, of Corsham, Wiltshire.  It issued at least one single, 'The Ballad Of Brusher Mills' by Devon singer / guitarist Terry Calm (SR-1; 1978).  As the title suggests, the song told the story of one of Harry 'Brusher' Mills, one of the characters of the New Forest in bygone days.  The single was manufactured through custom recording firm SRT (q.v.), as the S/78/CUS-169 and 170 matrix numbers indicate.  Googling hasn't revealed the existence of any other 'SR' prefixed or SRT-linked Stag records, so it looks as though New Chapter Press stuck to book publishing afterwards and didn't make any more ventures into the field of record-releasing.
