STRONG LIKE SAMPSON

A Reggae label from 1979-80.  The presence of a large number of records by Linval Thompson on the label, together with its use of an LT prefix (among others) for its records, suggests that he was the driving force behind Strong Like Sampson.  It concentrated on 12" singles, issuing around thirty of them, but it managed at least one 7": Thompson's 'I Love You' backed with 'Really Love You' by Trevor Ranking.  The catalogue number of that single was LT-102, and it came out in 1979.  Thanks to Sam Mauger for bringing Strong Like Sampson to my attention, and to Charlie Chalk of the 45cat site for permission to use his scan here.
