A DIY label, from Liverpool. Teen Beat's only release was a maxi-single by the Glass Torpedoes, which featured 'Someone Different', 'Morning, Noon and Night' and 'Heart Surgery'. 2,000 copies were pressed, and its catalogue number was TBR-1. It came out in 1979, with distribution by Rough Trade. The band went on to put out a couple of singles on the Leo label in 1980-81.
