Another obscure Reggae label, owned by T. L. Barnes and P.R.S. Publishers. Triumphant issued at least one single in Britain, the one shown above, Carl Kennedy's 'Play Your Part', which came out in 1975. The catalogue number, TR-444, suggests that there should be a lot more Triumphant records out there. There was a Jamaican label of that name; was the Carl Kennedy single licensed from that company and issued here with its Jamaican catalogue number? That would account for its high number and for the failure of Google to reveal any other Triumphant singles.
